24-year-old Charlotte Dubard from east London reportedly gave birth to a healthy baby boy in her bath after all of a sudden she had abdominal cramps, only to find she was in her last stages of labor, and finally gave birth to the child on her own. New Mum Realizes She’s Pregnant While Delivering Baby in BathThe incident took place in an east London locality called Bow, where she gave birth to her baby all by herself. According to Daily Mail, the stunned new mum had no idea she was pregnant, just that she suddenly started to crave sugar and gained some 11lbs of weight. One day while in her bath, she suddenly felt some abdominal cramps and decided to have a look with her phone camera, only to her surprise her camera captured the “sprouting” hairs of her baby from “downstairs.” She was in labor by then. On January 29th, the brave woman reportedly went all alone in the excruciating affair and without the use of any painkillers, she gave birth to her baby boy weighing 6lbs 8oz. She even used a pair of nail scissors to cut the umbilical cord and then ringed her boyfriend Miguel who rushed to their flat from his work. Returning to their flat, Miguel screamed, asking if Charlotte found the baby on the street.
According to Charlotte, her weight gain wasn’t enough for her to believe that she was pregnant. She also said her occasional cramps (contractions) were milder than period cramps and came and went in waves. She craved sugar. After the incident, she connected the dots of her symptoms and after consulting the doctor, she realized what had happened. Charlotte said it was after they reached the hospital that she accepted the baby, Elias, was theirs.
The 24-year-old new mum feels incredibly lucky to have a healthy Elias, despite maintaining no restrictions (she smoked, drank, worked 14 hour days and even took contraceptives) all throughout her pregnancy. Recalling her self-birthing, while delivering baby in bath at her flat, she guessed her instincts took over. Charlotte calls her child “miracle baby” Elias after she realized everything she put him through. What do you think about the incident? Let me know in the comments below. UK based Moo Free Vegan & Dairy Free Chocolates are winners of multiple awards, truly setting a standard for excellence in chocolates. A family owned business, Moo Free raises the bar by offering not only vegan and dairy free chocolates but also organic & manufactured with no gluten, soy, wheat, lactose or casein. As the demand & market for vegan chocolates grows, the brand leads the way with their production of a variety of popular & beloved products. Raise Vegan chatted with Moo Free to learn more about their nearly decade old business & well reputed positioning in chocolate production. You might also like:
Moo Free are truly leaders in the market of dairy-free & vegan chocolates! Now that the company is almost a decade old, how does the team feel about the success and delicious range of products developed thus far?Moo Free: We’re extremely happy with what we’ve accomplished. In less than 10 years, we’ve brought out chocolates for Easter, for Christmas and for the rest of the months, too! Plus, we’ve most recently launched a range called ‘marvellously moreish’ which is designed to cater to the adult market, so we really have got all aspects covered now. Moo Free has a truly impressive list of awards over the years. What, in your team’s opinion, has led to this consistent success and accolades?Moo Free: We like to think that it’s our uncompromising approach to quality. The majority of the accolades which we’ve received have been voted for by members of the public and so we think that this is a pretty good indicator of the quality that our customers know our products to have. Since Moo Free was founded in 2010, what is your teams observation about the growth in demand for dairy-free and vegan products?Moo Free: The growth in demand for both has been great – but the growth in demand for vegan products in general has been astronomical. What has consumer response been to MooFree chocolate eggs?Moo Free: Easter eggs were actually our first product! As they helped to launch Moo Free, we’d say that response has been pretty great to them as we’re still here almost 10 years later! We most recently launched a range of ‘marvellously moreish’ Easter eggs too and the response to those has been overwhelmingly positive. Every year, we end up putting on extra production runs for our Easter eggs because demand grows much faster year-on-year than we can ever predict! Does MooFree have any new exciting products on the horizon?Moo Free: We are launching a box of Hazelnut Truffles later on this year. We produced them previously under the name ‘Pralines’ and they were extremely popular, but the machinery broke and we were too small to replace it at the time. We’re very excited to be bringing these chocolates back. Have you tried any of the Moo Free vegan chocolates? Which one is your favorite? Let us know in the comments below. You might be able to take advantage of a new service to easily get vegan eats at the venue from a variety of vendors. Keep reading to learn more about this fantastic new service. Coachella is one of the largest music festivals in the world. The high price makes it somewhat exclusive and every year they have some of the most famous music artists performing at the festival. To sum up the festival experience, you camp out in the desert and attend a wide variety of music performances from some of today’s most popular artists. The kickoff of the 2019 festival is fast approaching and this year there will be artists including Childish Gambino (also known as actor Donald Glover), Solange, Ariana Grande, Khalid, Wiz Khalifa and Billie Eilish, among others. With any festival, it is important to make sure that you drink plenty of water (more than you probably think you need), get plenty of sleep, and eat plenty of food that will keep you fueled throughout the three-day event. A new service from Postmates, which is set to arrive just in time for Coachella, will allow attendees to pre-order their meals and pick them up at the venue. This is great for everyone, but especially those who follow a specific diet such as veganism. Festival food is generally overpriced and rarely caters to those with dietary restrictions. Vegan CoachellaPotsmates and AGE have teamed up to make what many hope will be a successful and effective collaboration: a “skip-the-line” system where festival goers can pre-order a meal through the festival app and pick it up in minutes, according to the festival. This can be especially helpful if you have limited time when running between stages but are in need of a meal. Vegans attending the festival, feel free to rejoice because there are many plant-based options available through this service. Vendors such as Veganitos, Monty’s Good Burger and Ramen Hood will be serving food for the festival. Will you be attending Coachella this year? If so, will you be trying this “skip-the-line” meal service? Let me know in the comments below. The post Vegan Coachella? Doesn’t sound anything news-worthy right? But what if I tell that each and every individual of the village is vegan, and abstain from any animal-abusing way of living? Early settlers arrived 45 years ago and today the vegan village sustains on a plant-based diet, and is thriving. That’s true, and to know more scroll down. You might also like:

The people who are African Hebrew Israelites of Jerusalem are spiritually oriented and according to Breaking Israel News, the roots of this tribe can be traced back to the Judah tribe. The group that populates the desert region was first led by late Ben Carter (who started the movement from the US) to their current location after a lot of hardship from the US. He claimed to have an epiphany from Angel Gabriel who commanded him to lead African Americans to Israel. “We are Jews in that we relate to being of the tribe of Judah. When Judah laid out the attributes of the last days, we are a part of that. We are not religious. Religions have brought a lot of problems in the world. Spirituality is where we need to go,” said Ahmadiel Ben Yehuda, the Minister of Information and National Spokesman for the African Hebrew Israelites of Jerusalem. The community even runs a vegan restaurant in Tel Aviv and actively promotes veganism on the internet. “Absolutely Everything they put in their Body is Made of Plants”Famous travel blogger Nuseir Yassin from his popular Facebook page Nas Daily went to pay a visit to the people. Hetold in the video that the people of the village don’t eat salt for three days a week, don’t consume sugar four weeks a year and exercise three times a day. “They have a mandatory massage every month and they do not smoke or drink alcohol.”
A resident told to the same travel blogger that they understand in “order to maintain a lengthy, healthy, optimal, vital lifestyle,” they would “only be able to put noble foods” in their bodies. What do you think about an entire village that thrives on a vegan diet that too abstaining from sugar and salt most of the time? Would you pay a visit to such a ‘holy’ place? Yeah, babies ruin sleep… But by what magnitude? A study says almost equivalent to 6 years! Sleep training your baby to follow a somewhat normal schedule takes a lot of time and patience. However, the sleepless nights don’t stop there. According to a study from the U.K.’s University of Warwick, it has been found that your sleep schedule will be compromised for six long years. Brutal, much? You might also like:
Babies Ruin Sleep for 6 Long Years, Study ShowsIn the study, the goal was to look at the sleeping schedules of parents; changes since the arrival of baby, satisfaction of sleep and how many hours of sleep attained. The study carried all the way from pre-pregnancy up to six years post birth. After conducting this study with 4,659 participants (about half male, half female, with slightly more women participating) and a range of first-time parents to those on their third birth, the consensus was pretty clear. Although there was a large number of factors very acutely contributing to the level of which sleep was affected, including breastfeeding habits, parental age, and household income, the introduction of a baby was the constant which consistently left an impact on both men and women participants. It was concluded in the study that it takes six years for parents to fully recover the sleep schedule they had pre-pregnancy. Does this come as a shock to you, because it sure doesn’t come as news to me! The study notes that “nadir” (lowest point) of sleep is achieved at three months and that women were by far more affected than men when it comes to this sleep loss- the average for women was one hour lost per night during the first three months as compared to fathers who lost a mere 15 minutes. This deprivation has been proven to continue throughout the childhood years, with mothers losing an average of 20 minutes of sleep nightly during the children’s time spent aged four through six. Although there are a lot of tips and tricks that you can do, to try and minimize the loss of being able to snooze, to be as little as possible, there’s no doubt that losing sleep is one of the not-so-great aspects of being a parent. Despite this, there is no question that all of the more rewarding aspects and little victories outweigh this small negative! How long after your kid was born did it take you to get your sleeping pattern back on track? Did your babies ruin sleep? Let me know in the comments below.
