Daily Kneads is a bread company that have turned regular sandwiches into something much more, and itâs all down to their bread made of vegetables.Yep, you read that right, they make their bread from vegetables making it easier for everyone to pack those extra nutrients into their diets, especially when you have kids who want to live exclusively off bread and vegan butter. Daily Knead was founded by the Itskovich brothers, who were inspired by their families passion for bread and desire to eat more vegetables. They both already worked in the bakery business, so had a good knowledge of how they should go about trying to make a bread from vegetables. They decided to keep the recipe simple, and used their willing friends, family, and colleagues as test subjects for their bread made of vegetables. Once they were sure they had a winning recipe, they then set out on a two-year-long journey to develop their Daily Kneads Whole Grain Vegetable Bread, an all-natural product, using whole ingredients, and no artificial flavors or colors, that tastes great and contains an entire serving of vegetables in one serving of bread. They have expanded their line to include sliced breads, flatbreads, and they will soon be launching an Oatmeal Vegetable Cookie! All of their breads have unique flavors and are available from Earth Fare, Kowalskiâs Markets, Lunds & Byerlys, and Aldi stores across the US. Are you as excited as us that you can get a bread made of vegetables? Let us know in the comments below.
