Anne Hathaway Shares Why She Quit VeganismThe Princess Diaries star recently shared in an interview with Tatler magazine why she quit veganism. The movie star went vegan back when she was preparing for her role as Catwoman in The Dark Knight Rises. According to Women’s Health Mag, after the film, Anne became fully vegan and reportedly one of the “lifestyle’s most enthusiastic proponents” who even had a vegan menu at her wedding. The star earlier shared about her decision to stop drinking and now she has quit veganism. She told Tatler magazine about why she quit her vegan diet. The story goes back to her Interstellar days. She, along with her co-star Matt Damon and her husband Adam Schulman, went to dine together at a restaurant in Iceland. Matt said that he would take anything served in front of him, and when Anne Hathaway was offered salmon, she asked if it was local. She said that eating the salmon made her brain feel like a “computer rebooting.”
The actor previously told Harper’s Bazaar about her bidding adieu to veganism while shooting Interstellar, where she had to fit in a 40-pound spacesuit.
